Wessex Landscapes

Pippa Blake, Russell Frampton, Ursula Leach, Simson Ledson, Boo Mallinson, Mark Ponsford and Fiona Winning are a group of artists living in what is historically known as the ‘Kingdom of Wessex’; home to conquerors and kings, poets and dreamers since the 6th Century.  Each one of these highly diverse artists has produced newly distilled and richly expressive personal responses to a constantly evolving landscape.  Each artist interprets their own place in their own particular way but with a shared intention, to convey the passion they feel for their special piece of England.
